Dr. Shruti Pandey is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology. She received her Ph.D. in Power Electronics (with Honors) from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, India, and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Conn Center for Renewable Energy, University of Louisville.
Her research focuses on power converter design, renewable energy systems, microgrids, control systems, and battery management. She has led projects on microgrid integration, grid-connected energy conversion systems, and advanced battery technologies, with applications ranging from fuel-cell-based microgrids to EV fast charging infrastructure.
Dr. Pandey has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences, co-edited a book on advanced control and optimization paradigms for energy systems, and actively contributes as a reviewer for leading IEEE and Wiley journals. She has received several recognitions, including the Best Paper Award at SIGMA 2018 and the Young Drona Charya Award (Best Teaching Faculty Award) in 2020.
She is a member of IEEE and has organized multiple international conferences and training programs in renewable energy and power electronics.
