Ahmad Alsharoa received the PhD degree with co-majors in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Iowa State University (ISU), Ames, Iowa, USA, in May 2017. He was a postdoctoral research associate at University of Central Florida (UCF), then assistant professor at Virginia State University (VSU) before joining Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) in 2019 as assistant professor.
He is the recipient of the Outstanding International Award, Research Excellent Award, and GPSS Research Award from ISU in 2015, 2016, and 2017, respectively, and the Preeminent Postdoctoral Program (P3) award from UCF in 2018.
